Susan Evans, President and CEO of Evans Incorporated and longtime ACG National Capital member, was recently awarded a Brava! Award, celebrating her distinguished achievements as one of 32 top women business leaders in the Greater Washington area.
SmartCEO Magazine’s Brava! Awards celebrate female CEOs who combine their entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for giving back to the community. Award recipients are exemplary leaders of both their companies and their communities. They encourage local philanthropy, and set their companies on “the path to tremendous growth.”

As the founder, president and CEO of Evans Incorporated, Dr. Evans has over 35 years of professional experience in human factors, change management and business process improvement. During her time at Evans, she developed CAARMA, Evans’ change management methodology, and continues to serve as Advisor on Evans change management and business reengineering projects for public, private, government, and not-for-profit organizations.
Dr. Evans served for six years as Director and Officer on the professional certification Board for Ergonomics, and currently serves on the Board for the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) National Capital, and chairs the ACG Emerging Growth Business Roundtable.
