Many C-level executives would rather not have to perform under pressure. But not Brad Antle. Brad excels in stressful times.

In fact, he’s illustrated that he has the skills necessary to complete difficult and demanding jobs under pressure over the course of his 30 year career as a leader in developing and delivering information technology services.

Brad’s corporate career began at General Electric as a senior systems engineer. It was during his time at GE that he first demonstrated his ability to perform under difficult circumstances. When a $300 million defense program was running behind schedule and way over cost, Brad was able to use his leadership skills to get the program back on track, restore customer confidence, and ensure that no profits would be lost.

With a reputation for turning around problematic programs, Brad took on the role of running the first acquisition of SI International, an information technology and network solutions company delivering mission-critical solutions primarily to the federal government.

During his tenure at SI International, Brad oversaw eight acquisitions over the course of 10 years and helped grow the company from $20 million to $575 million in revenue. In 2008, Brad would oversee another acquisition, when SI International was sold to Serco Inc.

In 2009, Brad formed Salient Federal Solutions Inc., a mid-tier, differentiated federal information technology and engineering solutions business. Under Brad, Salient has grown through aggressive organic growth, complemented with tightly integrated strategic acquisitions.

Salient Federal Solutions’ stellar reputation, great business relationships and decisions to buy companies with clear growing potential has catapulted them into one of the industries best IT companies.

But according to Brad, the greatest strength is the team he works with. With the, “right team, the future is much better even in a down economy” and makes executing Salient’s business plan much more successful.
