When ACG started the Scholarship Program several years ago, I was impressed by our attempt to reach out to the students from the local universities and facilitate their career development. Only until recently, however, did I (my firm) take advantage of what the Program has to offer. Last June, we hired one of last year’s scholarship award winners as an Intern. We were so pleased with the results that we have now hired her on a full-time basis. Now, we want more.

The talent and potential of all the scholarship nominees is outstanding. Their resumes are posted on the job source link on our web site. We get to meet and interact with the scholarship winners for a year after their award. There are no recruiting costs. How can a company looking for business students to work in government contracting, banking, or private equity firms ignore this ready available source of talent? The Columbia Group won’t.
