As leaders, we manage the power of others to welcome dynamic creativity while fostering balance.  We model respect for diversity of opinion and style, encouraging range and openness among all stakeholders.  This attitude promotes cooperation.

This is how leaders transform the chaos of creativity into unity.  They create balance within creative diversity.  In unity, the enterprise becomes productive and enjoys shared achievement.  The organization operates with unrivaled capacity, and it competes readily in the demanding new world reality.

All this can happen when leaders choose to be in motion and stay in motion.
